During January - March of each year, we are much busier than other parts of the year, so we appreciate your patience and understanding in awaiting responses from us. We have part time staff to keep costs low, so that is why we are not easily available during normal working hours.
Our members who have questions have found that it can work best to review our Information and FAQs page first, prior to contacting us, as that contains significant amount of answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs).
For quickest responses to any questions not answered on the FAQs page, please use the Contact Us Page or email us directly at info@mennoniteburialsociety.com
As a slower option, you can also leave voice mails with us at 905-228-1850, and many times when we return calls to our members, they are also not available. So, then we leave detailed voice mails, which may not fully look after their questions.
Considering the above options, and based on thousands of interactions (emails, voice mails, etc) with our members each year, our members have found that the quickest and most informative responses are on our FAQs page, or if further specific details are needed, they utilize the Contact Us or email options.
